Do I need a deposit in order to reserve my rentals?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your order. Items are not reserved unless there is a payment made.
If you are closed on the weekends, am I charged for more days?
N0, we charge flat rate pricing for rental periods from Friday - Monday, there are no daily fees.
Can I make changes to my order as the event approaches?
Yes, however we do suggest to over estimate rather than under estimate. We can make changes up to 72 hours prior to your day of pick up or delivery. This does not include linen changes.
Does your delivery fee include set up?
No, upon delivery the items will be placed in a "drop spot" located no further than 30 feet from the delivery van. The items will need to be placed in the same location before pick up. There are additional fees for set up and take down that must be discussed with our manager in the office beforehand.
Can I get a refund for the items I did not use?
Unfortunately, no. Once our equipment leaves our warehouse we are unable to rent it to other customers. Therefore, when the items are in your possession, you must pay for them.
